How to create a stay

A practical walkthrough for adding a clear, trustworthy stay that guests can confidently discover and compare.

Before you begin

Prepare accurate details about the stay, its nightly price, guest capacity, location and the features guests can actually use. Take several clear photographs in good light. The first photograph becomes the cover photo, so choose the image that best represents the stay.

Add the stay

Sign in as a host and choose List a Stay. Complete every required field, select the correct town and neighbourhood, and add the exact coordinates only when you are physically at the property or have confirmed the map pin. Exact coordinates remain private until a guest unlocks the host contact.

Describe it honestly

Use Additional info and other stay rules for details that help a guest decide. Mention access instructions, quiet hours, parking limitations and other important rules. Do not place a phone number, email address or direct contact details in the description because the listing may be rejected.

Arrange your photographs

Drag photographs or use the Earlier and Later controls to put them in the right order. Keep the strongest, clearest photograph first. Include the sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen or kitchenette, exterior and any important shared spaces where available.

Submit and stay active

Review the information, submit the stay for approval and watch your dashboard for feedback. Once approved, confirm availability regularly so guests know the stay can still be booked.
