Request deletion of your Kamkejani account
If you created a Kamkejani guest or host account, you can request deletion here without using or reinstalling the mobile app.
Sign in to verify that the account is yours
Choose the dashboard linked to your account. After sign-in, the website opens your Profile section. Select Delete my account and data and complete the confirmation shown there.
The account is removed from use immediately
- All active sign-in sessions are ended.
- The account and any host stays are removed from public use.
- The deletion request covers the account and associated personal data, including the profile, saved stays, conversations, listings and verification material.
A restricted 30-day recovery period applies
This protects against an accidental or unauthorised deletion. After 30 days, personal data covered by the request is permanently deleted or anonymised unless it must be retained for a legal reason.
Limited payment, invoice, tax, security, fraud-prevention, audit or legal-claim records may be kept only for the period required by law or a legitimate protective purpose. Retained records do not keep the account active or publicly visible.
